Attuned
You have a rare and remarkable relationship with your own interior world. Where many people notice the outside before they notice themselves, you tend to move in the other direction — registering the subtle signals of your body, your gut, your heart, and your breath before the external environment fully lands. You know when something is off inside you before you can put it into words. You feel your emotions physically, often before you can name them.
A tightness in your chest, a hollowness in your stomach, a quickening in your breath — these are not just sensations to you. They are information, and you have learned, consciously or not, to listen to them. You are likely drawn to practices that deepen your connection with your body: breathwork, movement, stillness, or anything that brings you into closer contact with your own interior experience. In a world that is increasingly disconnected from the body, your ability to live close to your own is not a sensitivity to manage. It is a profound and undervalued strength.

Bringing More Internal Awareness Into Your Life
Rarely (Reality System Total: 1 to 15)
You are significantly disconnected from your interior world right now, and for an Attuned type, that disconnection has real consequences. Without access to your interoceptive signals, decisions feel harder, emotions seem to arrive without warning, and there is often a background sense of being slightly out of sync with yourself. The path back is not complicated, but it does require consistency. Begin with one brief body check-in per day — thirty seconds where you close your eyes, take a slow breath, and simply notice what you feel physically without trying to change it. Do this at the same time each day until it becomes automatic. Add a short breathwork practice: four slow breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth, three times per day. These are small acts, but for an Attuned nervous system they are like turning the volume up on a signal that has been muffled. Your body has been speaking. This is how you begin to hear it again.
A little (Reality System Total: 16 to 22)
You have some connection to your interior world, but life is outpacing your capacity to listen to it. A moderate interoceptive gap for an Attuned type often looks like decision fatigue, emotional reactivity that seems disproportionate, or a general sense of running on fumes without knowing exactly why. Add one or two intentional body check-in moments to your day — before a meal, before a transition, or at the end of the workday. Use the question “What am I feeling physically right now?” rather than “How am I doing?” The physical question gets you into your body faster. Your body is already talking. You just need a little more quiet to hear it.
Quite a bit (Reality System Total: 23 to 29)
Your interoceptive awareness is reasonably well-developed and your daily life is giving you enough space to access it. You likely have some practices — intentional or not — that help you stay connected to your internal signals. Deepen those practices by getting more specific. Rather than a general sense of how you feel, try naming two or three distinct physical sensations per check-in. Where do you feel them? What do they remind you of? What are they telling you? An Attuned type who moves from general body awareness to precise interoceptive literacy develops one of the most powerful self-regulation capacities available.
Always (Reality System Total: 30 to 36)
You are living in genuine alignment with your interior world, and that is a profound form of self-knowledge that most people never develop. Your ability to hear your body’s signals, trust them, and respond to them gives you access to information and wisdom that is simply not available to people who are disconnected from their physical experience. Keep honoring that. Keep making space for the quiet that allows you to hear it. And consider that in your relationships and your work, your capacity to be attuned to yourself is also very likely making you more attuned to others — which is one of the most meaningful gifts an Attuned type carries into the world.
